A: While KingCake.com and FedEx do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on the requested date, your king cake may be delayed.

Neither KingCake.com or FedEx are responsible for delay in the delivery of the package due to any of the following: weather related delays, plane delays, airport closures, or incorrect information supplied to us by the customer. Notice of a non-delivered package must be made within 7 days of original delivery date.

If for any reason your order arrives in an unsafe condition to enjoy once delivered, please reach out to our support team at info@kingcake.com with photos of the product as soon as the delivery is opened. We will provide you with a resolution that best fits your needs.

A: If you need to update an address, or change a delivery date please contact infor@kingcake.com at least 2 business days before the order is set to ship.

A: We only ship to the 48 states in the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or a foreign address. Often times items shipped out of the country can be held up in customs which could compromise the quality and freshness of the cake.

A: Our best selling fillings are Bavarian Cream, Strawberry Cream Cheese, and Apple.

A: Due to the potential choking hazard, we cannot insert the plastic baby into the cake prior to shipping. Instead, the baby is placed in the center ring of each cake so that you can insert the baby yourself and still enjoy the tradition.

A: We have one size that generally serves 15-20 people. Pieces should be cut between one to two inches wide.

A: Our king cakes will still be delicious within 5-7 days of receiving it. The cakes come in a plastic bag and have stayed fresh longer than the 5-7 day period suggested. We do not recommend freezing your king cake as the defrosting can make it soggy and messy.
